Terms of Service & End User License Agreement (EULA)
Welcome to MyAdhan Prayer Times (the "App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App, including any premium subscription services.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
MyAdhan Prayer Times is a comprehensive Islamic application that provides:
The App offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
iOS Users: Manage your subscription via Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, or directly through the App Store.
Android Users: Manage your subscription via the App's settings → "Manage Subscription" button, which will redirect you to your Stripe customer portal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain premium access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.
iOS: Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. To request a refund, visit Apple Support.
Android: Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting our support team at myadhanapp@gmail.com. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
To access premium features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You may delete your account at any time via the App's settings. Important: Deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately (see section 3.2).

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of MyAdhan or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyAdhan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
